Custom-Made Crane What is it?
Custom-made hydraulic cranes are systems whose components are selected and functions are determined in accordance with the physical, structural, and operational conditions on site. There is no standard measurement or single design approach in these systems. Every detail is shaped according to the customer's requirements.
How Does the Design Process Work?
The custom-made crane process at AKC Hydraulics consists of the following stages:
- Needs Analysis:Field conditions and carrying capacity are evaluated based on data received from the customer.
- Engineering Design:3D drawings are prepared using CAD programs, and force calculations are performed.
- Part Selection:Cylinders, pumps, valves, and control systems are determined specifically for the project.
- Production and Assembly:The entire production process is conducted in our own facility.
- Testing and Delivery:The units are delivered to the site after load tests, safety checks, and quality inspections.
