APPLICATION FORM INFORMATION TEXT
GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
Personal data owners defined as data subjects (“Hereinafter “Applicant” will be referred to) under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data pursuant to Article 11 of the KVK Law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; applications to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
Within this framework, applications to be made to our Company “in writing” may be submitted by printing out this form;
- By the Applicant in person,
- Through a notary public,
- By signing with the “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 by the Applicant and sending it to the Company's registered electronic mail address akcmakina@hs01.kep.tr,
- By filling out the application form and sending it to us by electronic mail to muhasebe@akcmakine.com.tr using a mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller's system.
Below, information is provided specifically regarding the written application channels through which written applications may be delivered to us.

In addition, after other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, our Company will also announce how applications will be received through these methods.
Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVK Law. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically pursuant to the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
